About Computer Clinic

Sixteen years of Ahmedabad IT work — under one name, one founder, one workshop.

Started in February 2012 by Priyank Sanghvi in Navrangpura. Grown steadily from a computer repair operation into a full IT services company that serves individuals, SMEs and enterprises across Ahmedabad and Gujarat.

The founder

Priyank Sanghvi.

Founder and lead technician at Computer Clinic since day one. Priyank started the business in February 2012 from a small workshop in Navrangpura with a focus on component-level laptop repair — a technical discipline most Ahmedabad shops didn't (and still don't) offer.

Over sixteen years, the business grew as clients kept coming back and asking for more. What started as computer repair became AMC. AMC engagements became managed IT. Managed IT led to complete infrastructure builds. Today Computer Clinic serves clients from single-person practices to multi-branch operations — but it's still the same founder handling the technical decisions.

Priyank remains the person you speak to when you call. Not a sales team, not a call queue. That's a deliberate choice — Computer Clinic isn't trying to be the biggest IT services company in Ahmedabad. We're trying to be the one that clients keep with for a decade.

Inside the workshop

Where the work actually happens.

Component-level repair, business IT support, and everything in between — same team, same Navrangpura workshop, since 2012.

The story

Sixteen years, in short.

Every year, more of what a business needs from IT. Every year, more of what Computer Clinic offers. Same founder, same workshop, same core commitment.

2012

Founded in Navrangpura

Priyank Sanghvi opens Computer Clinic in February 2012 at B-908 Fair Deal House. Focus: component-level laptop repair — chip-level motherboard work most shops don't offer.

2013

First AMC contracts

Repair clients start asking for ongoing coverage. Computer Clinic launches its first Annual Maintenance Contracts for small offices — desktops, laptops and printers.

2018

Server & Managed Network

First full server deployment for a growing SME. Networking work expands to include structured cabling, business firewalls (Sophos, SonicWall) and access point deployment.

2020

Remote Work & VPN

Pandemic response — helping SMEs across Ahmedabad enable remote work securely. VPN deployments, remote support tooling, laptop provisioning. Managed IT services formalized as an offering.

2022

Virtualization & Storage

Adopted VMware, Proxmox and Hyper-V deployments for business clients. Storage practice expands with commercial (Synology, QNAP) and open-source (TrueNAS, OpenMediaVault) solutions. VeloSync white-label NAS launched.

2024

4,000+ clients milestone

Passed 4,000 individual and business clients served since 2012. Currently managing 750+ IT assets under active AMC and managed IT contracts.

2026

Sixteen years, same workshop

Same founder. Same location. Same core commitment to component-level technical work and long-term client relationships. Grown steadily, not pivoted repeatedly.

How we work

Six commitments that haven't changed since 2012.

What Computer Clinic does — and doesn't do — is deliberate. These aren't marketing words. They're the actual reasons repeat business happens.

1. Component-level, not swap-only

Where a laptop or motherboard can be economically repaired instead of replaced, we repair it. That means chip-level work — including MacBook logic boards — that most Ahmedabad shops send elsewhere or refuse.

2. Honest scoping

If a repair isn't economical, we say so upfront. If a smaller AMC is right instead of full managed IT, we say so. Sixteen years of repeat business is built on that — not on upselling.

3. Founder access

Business clients speak with Priyank directly. AMC and managed IT clients receive a dedicated Priority Support Line at onboarding — separate from general enquiries. Not a call queue, not a ticketing bot.

4. Vendor-neutral

We work across commercial and open-source platforms. The right choice fits your environment, budget and team — not our sales commission. We'll recommend Proxmox where it fits, VMware where it fits, and neither where a simpler answer is right.

5. Written proposals

Every business engagement starts with a documented proposal — clear inclusions, deliverables, timeline, pricing. What we're doing and why. What we're not doing and why not. No verbal-only agreements on non-trivial work.

6. Documentation always

Networks, servers, backup schedules, credentials — all documented and handed over at engagement completion. Business IT that only Computer Clinic understands is bad business IT.

The workshop

Navrangpura, since 2012.

Physical workshop at B-908 Fair Deal House on Swastik Cross Road. Full component-level repair capability, testing benches, secure client asset storage. All work done in-house — nothing is subcontracted to third-party workshops.
